In line with the strategic plan and objectives of AGU, our office ensures the continuous development of internal and external quality processes, by evaluating and improving the quality of education and research activities and administrative services. It plans the necessary trainings and activities for the development of a quality culture.
The basic mission of our unit is to contribute to the guidance and information of undergraduate and graduate students and graduates of our university in the process of choosing a profession, sector and business. The vision of our center is to produce graduates with high employability at the national level. It is one of our main goals to guide the graduates of our university to be the people who are preferred in business life in our region and all over Turkey and who have the opportunity to develop their careers.
In order to realize this mission, utmost importance is attached to the following activities.
· Communicate effectively with local, national and international business markets
· Creating personal differentiation through career orientation studies
To create conscious, goal-oriented professional orientations from the beginning of academic life
· To be in close communication with the human resources of local, national and international companies
· Developing close relationships with local, national and international career companies
· Participation in career fairs and events
· Establishing effective communication with alumni.
